ING Corporate Finance has appointed Kai van der Kolk as managing director, food & agriculture.

van der Kolk will be responsible for leading F&A within corporate finance in the UK and expanding EMEA sector coverage. His focus will be on originating and executing corporate finance transactions, principally M&A advisory. He joins from JP Morgan and will report to Rabee’ Sahyoun in the corporate finance management team.
