Blackrock has appointed Louise Kooy-Henckel as head of sustainable and transition solutions in the EMEA region.

Kooy-Henckel previously worked at Wellington Management where she oversaw its EMEA sustainable investing product platform. She will report to Helen Lees-Jones, global head of sustainable and transition solutions at Blackrock in the new role.

In a statement, Blackrock said, “Louise has developed specialist knowledge during her 25-year career in asset management and sustainable investing, working across asset classes and with a broad set of investors in the UK, Europe and beyond. She brings to BlackRock strong product development experience across public and private markets.”
