DWS raises €323m for infrastructure debt fund

DWS has announced the  first close of its ESG Infrastructure Debt Strategy with a total volume of EUR 323 million.

With institutional investors in EMEA and APAC, the fund targets senior infrastructure debt investments with a focus on continental Europe and sustainable infrastructure assets with green and social infrastructure debt investments as well as sustainability-linked-loans.

The fund will invest in senior secured debt across sustainability-themed sectors such as renewable energy, energy efficiency and utilities, digital infrastructure, clean transportation, and circular economy projects. It is classified under Article 8 of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
