Invesco has hired Molly Betournay as director of ESG research.

Betournay will lead a team of seven ESG research analysts at Invesco that supports the firm’s investment operations. She will report to Glen Yelton, global head of ESG. Previously, she was director of social research and advocacy at Clean Yield Asset Management, a Vermont-based impact investing and advisory firm.
