Star Mountain Capital has appointed Amon Johnson as managing director and member of the firm’s ESG and DEI committee.

Based in New York, Johnson spent over 15 years at BlackRock and was most recently a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising at Backcast Partners.
