AXA Investment Managers has appointed Anna Väänänen as head of listed impact equity.

Väänänen will be responsible for leading the listed impact equity range which comprises the firm’s biodiversity, clean economy, social progress, people & planet, and human capital strategies. She will also be responsible for the management of sustainable impact thematic funds and will report to Tom Riley, head of global thematic strategies.

She joins AXA IM from Mirova, where she was a senior portfolio manager.
