Federated Hermes has appointed Sian Long as investment director for impact and sustainable equity strategies.

Long will be responsible for the firm’s sustainable global equity, impact opportunities, SDG engagement and biodiversity strategies. She joins Federated from AXA Investment Managers where she was a senior equity investment specialist and will report to James Cook, Head of Investment Specialists, Federated Hermes Limited.
