The Volvo Group has published its sustainability report for 2021.
The group says the report details steps taken in efforts to lead the transition to a climate-neutral transport system. It includes details of the group’s activities and investments into electric vehicles and machines, the launch of cellcentric, their fuel cell joint venture
with Daimler Truck, and an agreement to form a joint venture for a public charging network across Europe.
“We have a wide range of electric trucks, buses and machines on the market, high market shares and great interest from our customers. Together with our customers and partners we are in a strong position to lead the transformation of our industry towards a more sustainable future,” says Martin Lundstedt, President and CEO.
