Brooke Fapohunda has been appointed chief sustainability officer at Lord Abbett & Co.

Fapohunda will oversee the firm’s internal sustainability efforts and report to Kristen Maple, partner and chief impact officer. Emanuela Scura has also been appointed as head of ESG investment. She will report to Steven F. Rocco, partner and co-head of taxable fixed income-investments.
