Private equity firm Flexstone Partners has hired Caroline Gibert as its head of ESG.

Flexstone, owned by Natixis, says Gibert will be responsible for ESG strategy and integration at firm and portfolio level. She was previously head of investor relations at the firm.

Flextone’s managing partner Eric Deram said: ‘Our mission is to deliver attractive risk adjusted long term performance to our clients. The objective of ESG integration is to enrich our mission by making sure all portfolio managers and underlying companies are well-placed to develop a sustainable business model.’
