Inflows into UK-based ESG funds reached a record high in July.

UK ESG funds saw inflows of £362 million in July, according to Calastone, with £1.2 billion flowing into the ESG funds in Q2, higher than combined inflows for the previous five years.

50% all the money that went into global funds flowed into ESG funds with Calastone’s fund flows index showing Global ESG hit a reading of 78.4 year-to-date, meaning that buying activity has outweighed selling activity more than 3:1.
