Sarasin & Partners has launched the Digital Opportunities fund with ESG factors as part of its thematic range of funds.

Sarasin says the fund seeks to capitalise on the digitalisation megatrend by investing in smaller and medium-sized companies with significant long-term growth potential. The portfolio will comprise between 20 and 30 companies in digital sectors such as cloud computing, digital commerce and analytics. Responsible stewardship and ESG factors are integrated into the Sarasin investment process when selecting companies.

The fund will be managed by Josh Sambrook-Smith, who has been a tech sector specialist at Sarasin & Partners since 2014.
