Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s flagship Global Sustain Strategy fund has reached  $1 billion AUM.

Having reached the second anniversary of its launch, the Morgan Stanley Investment Management Global Sustain strategy has now attracted investor assets of USD $1 billion. Launched on 30 April 2018, the strategy has delivered an annualised net return of 6.27% vs MSCI World Index -4.18%. Global Sustain aims to offer investors a carbon light equity portfolio which is tobacco, alcohol and fossil fuel free. MSIM says the portfolio’s carbon footprint is 95% lighter than MSCI World per $1mn invested.
