Morgan Stanley IM appoint new ESG heads

Morgan Stanley Investment Management has announced two new ESG appointments.

Emily Chew becomes Global Head of Sustainability based in New York and Navindu Katugampola, Head of Sustainability for Fixed Income based in London. Chew will lead the firm’s investment sustainability strategy and governance efforts and report to Ted Eliopoulos and Rui de Figueiredo. She was previously the global head of ESG for Manulife Investment Management. Katugampola was previously head of green and sustainability bonds within Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. He will report to both Emily Chew and Ric Ford.
