Jupiter opens ESG fund to retail investors

Jupiter has launched a retail offering of its Global Sustainable Equities Fund.

Jupiter says the fund aims to identify global companies that are leading the transition to a more sustainability by balancing the needs of three key stakeholders: planet, people, and profit. Launched in April 2018, the fund consists of a portfolio of approximately 35-50 companies with low carbon exposure that are listed globally across developed and emerging markets and are aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals framework. The fund, which has only been available to institutional investors up to now, is managed by fund manager Abbie Llewellyn-Waters.
