Glennmont Partners has successfully completed the acquisition of a 36MW wind farm project in Calabria in Italy.

The acquisition is a further capital deployment of Glennmont’s €850m Clean Energy Fund III and follows the acquisition of a 42MW Sicilian onshore wind farm in August. Unicredit contributed to the deal on debt financing, L&B Partners acted as M&A and financing advisor on the transaction.
