Finnish fund manager Evli has converted two funds to include ESG criteria.

The Evli Equity Factor Europe and Evli Equity Factor USA funds now incorporate ESG criteria in their investment strategies. The factor funds focus on value, low risk, momentum and quality applied to European and US equities. Evli says the ESG overlay includes a best in class strategy and excludes alcohol, weapons, tobacco, gambling, adult entertainment and coal, and companies that don’t meet principles of the UN Global Compact.
