US fund manager TCW has launched a new equities ESG fund.

The TCW Global Premier ESG Equities Fund uses a proprietary ESG scoring strategy to select between 20 and 30 developed market stocks. The firm says they assign selection criteria to stocks based on fundamental and disclosure scores utilising 35 different ESG factors and these are compared to sector averages from a total of around 200 stocks.
