CBRE Investment Management has appointed Phillipa Grant as senior director, EMEA investment strategy responsible for sustainability across their European real estate platform.

Grant was previously sustainable investments director at Aviva Investors. She will report to CBRE IM’s global head of sustainability & innovation, Helen Gurfel.

Helen Gurfel said, “Phillipa brings a combination of deep technical expertise, leadership experience and a strong understanding of how sustainability can drive investment performance and positive outcomes for our stakeholders.
