UBS has announced the formation of an ESG Advisory team in Global Banking.

Laurent Bouvier has been appointed as its global head and will be responsible for supporting clients’ sustainability strategy and their interaction with M&A and capital markets. He was previously co-head of the expanded Global Industries Group at UBS.

Philippe Chryssicopoulos will become global co-head of GIG as global head of infrastructure & power.
