Private markets investor Pantheon has appointed Eimear Palmer as global head of ESG.

Palmer will be responsible for developing the firm’s ESG strategy and range of initiatives and is a founder of the UK network of Initiative Climat International, an investor platform focused on climate action among private market organizations. She was previously Head of Responsible Investment at Intermediate Capital Group and will report to Pantheon investment partner Alex Scott.
