American International Group has released its 2021 Environmental, Social and Governance report.
The report includes expanded climate disclosure and details on AIG’s net zero greenhouse gas commitments across its operations, underwriting and investments. Its analysis includes broader third-party emissions and estimates underwriting emissions globally.
Also included is enhanced diversity data including a global view on gender representation in addition to ongoing data on ethnic representation in the U.S. In 2021, 52% of AIG job placements globally were female, 45% of U.S. placements were ethnically diverse and 36% of open executive leadership positions in the U.S. were filled with ethnically diverse talent.
