According to a Reuters report, JPMorgan is to remove Russia from its ESG emerging market bond indexes.

An still unconfirmed report from the bank has said that Russia will be removed from the ESG versions of JPMorgan’s Government Bond Index-Emerging Markets indexes, and the JP Morgan Emerging Market Bond Index. Following the crisis in Ukraine, the bank says it continues to review the country’s inclusion in its emerging debt benchmarks.
