Schroders has announced new hires to its global sustainable investment team.
Margot Von Aesch has been appointed Head of Sustainable Investment Management and will be responsible for research and sustainable investment models and their integration into Schroders’ investment decision-making. She joins from Redburn where she lead the development of the firm’s ESG business.
Angus Bauer also joins from Redburn where he was co-head of Redburn ESG. He has been appointed as Sustainability Analyst. Kimberley Lewis has been hired as Head of Active Ownership and joins from Federated Hermes International.
Von Aessh and Lewis will report to Andy Howard, Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Schroders.
