Engine No.1 is to launch the Engine No.1 Transform 500 ETF with $100 million.

The fund will invest in the largest 500 stocks and track the Morningstar U.S. Large Cap Select Index. Its focus will be on shareholder voting and active campaigns rather than exclusion, the company said. The ETF will be led by Yasmin Dahya Bilger and developed under Jennifer Grancio.
