Advisory firm, ICR, has launched ICR ESG Diagnostics for private equity and venture capital firms.
The product is designed to help identify and assess corporate ESG issues during the investment due diligence process. ICR ESG Diagnostics analyzes a target investment company’s commitment to the ESG issues material to their business. ICR’s analysis considers the views of the top asset managers, leading ESG ratings agencies and widely-accepted ESG reporting frameworks.
