UBS has hired Huw van Steenis as head of both its sustainable finance committee and investor relations. The former Bank of England advisor will head the bank’s new created committee as UBS attempts to play a leading role in the growth of sustainable finance within the financial and corproate sector. van Steenis’ was previously head of strategy at Schroders and spent 14 years at Morgan Stanley.
