TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AWARD ENTRY
Effective as of 1 April 2020

The European Corporate Awards 2020 are organised by Global Markets Media Ltd (GMM) of 96 High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3HE, UK.

By entering the awards, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of ‘Award Entry’ and to be bound by both terms and conditions.

By entering The European Corporate Awards 2020 all award and category entrants have agreed to allow the details of their entry to be shared with the judges and representatives of GMM. All entrants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer and sharing of their company data and information for the purpose of administration and judging of the awards. Such data won’t be used for any other purposes other than for Awards judging.

The European Corporate Awards 2020 are open to all listed companies. All category entries must be received by GMM prior to the submission deadline. Entries received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.

Award winners will be announced during the awards dinner taking place in London in November 2020. Winners will not be announced prior to the event. During the awards dinner, one award winner and one runner-up will be announced from the finalists in each category with category winners receiving trophies at the event. The judges’ decision will be final and no explanation, correspondence or discussion will be offered or entered into before or following the judges’ decision. All winners, runners-up and finalists of The European Corporate Awards 2020 will have the opportunity to purchase the appropriate logos on their websites and corporate marketing materials for their own promotion. Attendees to the Awards dinner receive the logos free of charge.

By entering The European Corporate Awards 2020, all award and category entrants have agreed to allow the details of their entry to be shared with the judges and representatives of GMM.
